E-menu Terms of Use

By using this menu or ordering from it you agree to these terms.

1. Fair use

This menu is for browsing the restaurant's dishes and ordering them. Use it the way any customer would, and do not load the service with orders you do not mean to collect.

2. Accurate details

Give your order, name, phone number and address correctly. Fake orders, or orders in someone else's name and number, are not allowed.

3. Not allowed

1. Trying to break into, disrupt or overload the service, or to test its security.
2. Scraping the menu automatically with programs or scripts.

4. What we log

Visits, the device id and the IP address are logged to keep the service safe.

5. Breaches

Breaking these terms leads to the device being banned from the menu and may be reported to the authorities. Every ban is decided by a person from the restaurant's or Maestro's team, and carries a reference code.
